SMALL INTENTIONAL MOVEMENTS.
Light weight or no weight low impact class with a focus on small, intentional movements and feeling the burn. Designed to define muscles without the bulk.
Killer yoga sculpt
Signature class which uses the skeleton of a vinyasa flow while incorporating intentional strength building exercises for full body sweat. Killer means killer.
Medium weight class with an aim to tone and build lean muscle. Sequenced with dynamic exercises and focused on perfecting form.
BOXING MOVES and CORE.
Mix of light weights or medium weights. Highly motivating class to feel strong and confident. Centered around upper body and core strength. Boxing combinations are mixed in for a cardio push.

MUSIC DRIVEN SUPER SWEAT.
Light weight or no weight class sequenced entirely to the beat of high-energy music. Includes combination movements and beginner-friendly dance cardio sequences.
Vinyasa flow yoga class connecting mind, movement, and breath. Static poses to build strength and correct form, combined with seamless breath guided sequences to detoxify the mind and body.
