What is FXSweat?

FXSweat is your new favorite at-home workout program designed to change your mindset when it comes to moving your body. FXSweat classes are dynamic and challenging, but most of all they are fun and maintainable. Classes are thoughtfully sequenced aiming to push your boundaries in order to gain strength, but never jeopardize form. 

Classes provide direction, education, motivation, and sweat. You can expect to improve strength, endurance, and mobility, but most of all, Ali hopes that the program provides you with a new view on fitness. FXSweat works to connect to your mind and body, and helps you get the most out of every workout.

What to Expect.

FXSweat houses over 140+ full length 30 and 45 minute classes, as well as, new FXQ: quickies, between 10 and 20 minute classes. FXSweat offers six class formats: each unique, all important! Different class formats cater to individual needs and fitness levels, modifications are given in every class. Learn more about the different class formats here. 

Classes use minimal equipment which you likely already have at home. Think ankle weights, dumbbells, resistance bands, & more! Equipment can always be substituted or skipped altogether. Looking to upgrade your home equipment? Shop Ali’s favorite equipment here.

Meet Ali Freie.

Hi! I am a New York City based fitness instructor and personal trainer dedicated to sharing the positive change that moving your body can have on your life.

I have spent over ten years submerging myself in the fitness and wellness space and I have spent over six of those years leading group fitness classes. I have made my fair share of mistakes, but I have also learned a lot.  Here’s my biggest take away: moving your body not only changes your physical appearance, but it transforms your mind and builds self-confidence.

Moving your body does not have to be an anxiety-ridden burden and your workout does not have to meet anyone else’s standards.

The key is to find a way to make movement a habit. When I found a method which made me love working out, moving my body became religion and my passion for fitness evolved into a lifestyle which continues to save me every day. My goal is to share my knowledge with you. See you on your mat soon! X

TOTAL TONE

SMALL INTENTIONAL MOVEMENTS.

Light weight or no weight low impact class with a focus on small, intentional movements and feeling the burn. Designed to define muscles without the bulk.

Killer yoga sculpt

BREATH GUIDED.

Signature class which uses the skeleton of a vinyasa flow while incorporating intentional strength building exercises for full body sweat. Killer means killer.

POWER

STRENGTH BUILDING.

Medium weight class with an aim to  tone and build lean muscle. Sequenced with dynamic exercises and focused on perfecting form. 

FIGHT CLUB

BOXING MOVES and CORE.

Mix of light weights or medium weights. Highly motivating class to feel strong and confident. Centered around upper body and core strength. Boxing combinations are mixed in for a cardio push.

TOTAL BODY BEAT

MUSIC DRIVEN SUPER SWEAT.

Light weight or no weight class sequenced entirely to the beat of high-energy music. Includes combination movements and beginner-friendly dance cardio sequences. 

FLOW

VINYASA FLOW.

Vinyasa flow yoga class connecting mind, movement, and breath. Static poses to build strength and correct form, combined with seamless breath guided sequences to detoxify the mind and body.
