CRUNCH FREEZER FUDGE.

hey –

yes, it is well established – i like sweets. but even for those of you who don’t – this is the perfect after dinner chocolate fix that everyone needs in their life. also, i credit this invention to Kelly LeVeque or @bewellbykelly on instagram & it is called freezer fudge. i decided to spice mine up a bit & trust me you will want to do the same. so simple, quick, & easy – & perfectly indulgent!

here’s what you’ll need.

ingredients.

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (i chose cashew)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

directions.

melt & combine oil, nut butter, & liquid sweetener. then add your dry ingredients! pop into an ice-cube tray like Kelly, or if you don’t have one (i didn’t) pour the mix into some tupperware, freeze, & then cut into squares. store in the freezer to enjoy after every meal!

the chia seeds & walnuts are completely optional, but i strongly recommend – the crunch seriously tastes like a crunch bar. plus, the chia seeds are added fiber, bonus! another idea, swirl in some pb – ok, yes. tag @fitfoodfreie on insta!
