INGREDIENTS
• 1 medium sweet potato
• 2 tbsp molasses
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1/2 heaping cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup gluten free flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1/3 cup coconut sugar
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
DIRECTIONS
first step is to poke holes in your sweet potato on all sides to prepare to soften. tbh, i microwave for about 6 minutes or until soft, but you could also pop in the oven! skin should peel off easily & then start mashing in a mixing bowl.
add the rest of your ingredients & mix! you may need to add slightly more flour depending on consistency- the dough should be slightly more wet than traditional dough. don’t forget to taste- because it’s that good!
